What's the Replacement Guarantee?

Some bundles are excluded from our Replacement Guarantee such as Bundles by Theme, Custom Orders, Limited, Seasonal, or Sold As-Is Book Bundles.
How long does it take for replacements to ship out?
Replacement Requests are typically shipped out within 5-14 business days. Depending on where i the queue your request is.
Please note that our system does not automatically send updates or tracking for replacements. You can always contact us at CustomerService@TheBookBundler.com to check in about any updates or to request tracking details.
It states that that my order "is not eligible" for replacements. Why?
Our Replacement Request form is still in testing, it may inaccurately state an order is not eligible when it is. Here how you can check!
Make sure only the first 6 digits of your order number is entered without any dashes or letters. For example, 123456 is correct, not 123456-WXYZ
While most of our bundles are covered by our Replacement Guarantee, there are a few bundles that are not covered for duplicates or books you already own. Bundles such as Bundles by Theme, Custom Orders, Limited or Seasonal Bundles are not included and will state it in the bundle's description.

The form states that my order is only eligible for a certain number of books, but I need more. What do I do?
Our Replacement Guarantee overs up to 10% of your order for free!
If you need more than 10% of your order replaced, please contact us directly at CustomerService@TheBookBundler.com. Replacement requests for
more than 10% of your order will
require photos of all the books you need replaced.
I completed the form. Why haven't I received any confirmation?
Our Replacement Request form does not automatically send confirmations or notifications for replacements. You can always contact us at CustomerService@TheBookBundler.com to check in about any updates or tracking details.
Will those also be duplicates? Can I make requests?
Like our book bundles, replacement books are selected at random. You're welcome to make requests for the types of books you'd prefer, but please note that we can't guarantee specific titles. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences based on our current inventory.
If you would like to make sure you do not get the same titles for duplicates, please list out any titles or series you have received in the note section of the form.
