We are happy to send you free replacement books! 

RULES

  • Limit of 1 replacement request per order
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Wait until all bundles in your order have arrived before submitting your request
  • Be sure to read all instructions, replacement coverage, and FAQ below the form before submitting your request

Step 1: Enter the first 6 digits of your order number. Do not include any letters or dashes.

Step 2: Select the bundle(s) needing replacements and enter the number of books to replace.

Step 3: Add any helpful notes, such as:

  • Titles you already own
  • Duplicate books received
  • Preferred series or topics

Step 4: Click "Request Replacements" to submit your form. That's it, you're all set!

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you are 100% certain of your replacement request details before submitting the form. Once submitted, replacement requests cannot be edited, changed, or added to.

If you are currently in contact with or waiting for assistance from our Customer Service Team regarding replacements, please do not submit the replacement form. They will review your replacement request and complete the form for you.

What does the Replacement Guarantee cover?

Our free replacement program covers the following issues:

We WILL Replace:

  • Heavily damaged books
  • Exterior ex-library markings
  • Heavy water damage or excessive dirt/soiling
  • Missing books
  • Duplicates or books you already own (up to 10% of your order)
  • Religious books included in non-religious bundles
    (does not apply to common holiday books)
  • Stickers covering readable text or illustrations on pages
  • Excessive writing or highlighting that obscures the text or illustrations 
  • Books in the wrong language

What We DO NOT Replace

  • Reading level preferences
    (Books are sorted by the recommended age range of the title, not exact reading level.)
  • Genre, topic, or story preference
    (Example: “My child isn't interested in this book.”)
  • Older publication dates
    (Books are graded by condition, not age.)
  • Previous owner names or inscriptions
  • Price or inventory stickers on book covers
  • Minor signs of previous usage or shelf wear - examples here
  • Sold As-Is bundles or excluded bundles

If a bundle is excluded from replacement coverage, it will be clearly stated in the product listing. 

How long does it take for replacements to ship out?

Replacement Requests are typically shipped out in 30 days. Please note confirmation or tracking emails are not automatically sent for replacement shipments however, you can always reach out to our Customer Service Team to check for any updates.


The form states that my order is only eligible for a certain number of replacements, but I need more. What do I do?

Our Replacement Guarantee overs up to 10% of your order for free! 

If you need more than 10% of your books replaced due to damages or other issues, please contact us directly at CustomerService@TheBookBundler.com with the following information:

Please note, Replacement requests for duplicate books or books you already own are limited to 10% of your order.

It states that that my order "is not eligible" for replacements. Why?

Our Replacement Request form is still being improved, so occasionally it may incorrectly mark an eligible order as “not eligible.”

Here are the most common reasons this happens:

Incorrect Order Number Format

Only enter the first 6 digits of your order number. Do not include any letters or dashes.

✅ Correct: 123456

❌ Incorrect: 123456-WXYZ

Your Bundle May Be Excluded

Most bundles are covered by our Replacement Guarantee, but some are excluded from duplicate or “already owned” replacements. If a bundle is excluded, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

I submitted the form. Why didn't I receive a confirmation?

Our Replacement Request form does not automatically send confirmation emails or tracking updates. If you would like an update on your replacement order, please contact our Customer Service Team and we’ll be happy to help.

Will My Replacement Books Also Be Duplicates?

Replacement books are selected randomly, just like our regular book bundles.

To help us avoid sending duplicate titles, please list any books or series you already received in the notes section of the form.

Please note we do not offer replacements for duplicates received within replacement orders.

Can I Make Requests for Specific Books or Topics?

Yes! You are welcome to include requests for any series, topics, or interested you or your reader would like. We’ll do our best to match your preferences based on current inventory, but we cannot always guarantee you'll get specific titles or books.
